She takes on a powerful alien invader who has been sent to eliminate Earth’s defender, so that his race can feed on the planet. He seems to have the power to do this, demonstrating that he can cut her powers in half. What follows is a see-saw battle that Supernova finally wins, but only after she fights desperately as the alien’s heat vision almost cooks her with her costume even set ablaze for a while.

129 – Darkwing 21: With Great Power

Darkwing has tracked down Parasite and confronts him about stealing his power suit from WHIPLASH and stealing Supernova’s powers. She presses him on the location of Supernova, but he decides to make her pay for her impertinence. Confident that he can easily kill her with his stolen powers, he attacks her, but she manages to survive the attack, slip a device on him and activate it. The device quickly drains his powers, leveling the playing field. He manages to remove the device, but the powers have already drained into it. While they fight, Stellar slips into the warehouse, notices the device and picks it up. This releases the energy that has been drained originally drained by Parasite from Supernova, knocking out the teenage sidekick. Parasite presses his attack on Darkwing and eventually defeats her. When Stellar recovers consciousness, she discovers that she now possesses the powers stolen from Supernova, using them firstly to carry Darkwing to safety at super speed.

This storyline will be continued in “Stellar 2: Great Responsibility”!

Supernova is tracked down in her civilian ID by Xander’s Mechanoid!

“Supernova 22: Hunted” features Rebecca Mason as the good Supernova! Xander’s Mechanoid tracks down Supernova in her civilian identity as an investigative reporter, dressed in sexy blouse, miniskirt and heels, and attacks her . After pounding her and cracking her back in a bearhug, he chloroforms her. Supernova does manage to recover and change into her costume at super speed, but she is still overpowered by the Mechanoid, chloroformed in costume, dragged to a table, and viciously strangled!
Before she can be killed though, Supernova wins the battle by ripping the Mechanoid’s head right off his body!

Dark Nova tracks down Xander, but he’s ready for her attack!

“Supernova 21: Dark Nova” features Natasha Anastasia as the evil Supernova, Dark Nova. Dark Nova tracks down Xander with the intention of killing him. She uses a civilian disguise to get close, but finds out that she has walked into a trap. Even changing to her super-powered identity does not save her, because Xander has prepared sprays of Red Sun dust to weaken her. Then, his female and male bodyguards are able to bring her down! Supernova puts up a valiant fight, but is beaten, defeated and taken into captivity! This one’s awesome! Don’t miss it!

In the Extreme version, Nightshade uses her gas powers to weaken Supernova, but Supernova still manages to kill Nightshade with a vicious neck snap! “Supernova 17: Split Personality” introduces Rebecca Mason as the second Supernova in addition to Natasha Anastasia.
In this episode, Supernova has been turned evil by Xander’s mutated red sun beam, when it was supposed to kill her. His only solution is to split Supernova into two in order to separate the good in her from her evil self, hoping that the good Supernova will save him from the evil Supernova who wants to kill him! So, the two Supernovas are pitted against one another, and there’s great girl-on-girl action as they battle each other. Then, when one wins, Xander is ready to destroy the victor as well as the defeated Supernova.

“Supernova Prime 4: Prisoner Exchange” features Melody Sky in the tile role. In the previous episode, Supernova Prime was captured by Mr. Pim, and now she finds herself chained and bathed in red sun light to keep her weak. To demonstrate just how helpless she is, two of Pim’s henchmen strangle sexy reporter, Alice Sanchez, right in front of her. When she finally breaks free, she takes out the henchmen and goes after Pim again, but his defenses are too strong and she is beaten down, but just as they are about to finish her, they are called away to a resurrection taking place elsewhere in Pim’s mansion, but that’s for another time!
