Killer Watt is sprung from prison to redeem herself with the Seventh Sanctum. She is given the task of ridding Edgewing City of a new group of sidekicks known as the Street Guardians. She takes on the new Teen Bat, but first she takes out their sexy computer geek assistant and coordinator, Clairvoyant. This brings her face-to-face with the new Teen Bat: however, Killer Watt manages to defeat, knock out and capture both upstart heroines!
